WFOA is a nonprofit membership organization that works to promote excellence in governmental finance through leadership, education, and communication. Our members include state and local government officials; counties, cities, schools, transits, libraries, and special districts to name a few.

Membership Types
Active Membership* – Annual Dues – $75.00
Elected officials or public employees who have the responsibility for or are employed in any aspect of governmental finance.
Affiliate Membership – Annual Dues $150.00
Service providers, exhibitors, and other persons not eligible for active membership.
Honorary Membership – No Dues
Conferred by the Board of Directors to persons who have made outstanding contributions to the Washington Finance Officers Association.
*Active Memberships stay with the purchasing entity and may be transferred to the successor of an active member (Article I, Section 1, a)
Membership Year
The WFOA membership year runs January 1 - December 31. Memberships can not be initialted before January 1 or pro-rated.
